I'm new to this site and this is my first thread so Hello I'm Mark and pleased to know you all...I bought my first explorer about 5 weeks ago and love all aspects of it I have even been off roading with it already. My problem is it has always pulled to the left on the highway even after an alignment and it is starting to bother me. I heard all explorers do this but I find that hard to believe. It is a '94 eddie bauer very sound mechanically has anyone any suggestions???

If your tires pressures and tires themselves are ok, I would have the alignment re-checked, I have gotton bad alignments before. And no, Explorer's don't have a built in left pull. After I had mine realigned after the first time, I can now let go of the wheel and it will track straight for damn near a mile before I have to make a very slight course correction.

Have the shop redo the alignment, and tell them your problem of the constant left pull. If nothing is wrong frnt end wise, there is no casue for it.

keep in mind also, an alignemnt will not correct for tire wear.
tires worn incorrectly on a perfectly aligned car WILL pull.

So, wile you are checking the pressure examin the wear too.
