Are 3rd & 4th gen Mountaineer headlight assemblies interchangeable?

The thread title pretty much says it all. It looks like the headlight and tailight assemblies for the Mountaineer did not change between the 3rd and 4th generations.

yes!

I bought this item $130 for the headlight housing pair w/ bulbs and the holes line up correctly for the securing shims. This item came with a harness that I did not need to use and bulbs I did not use either, although they look quality.

The baffling is slightly different from stock on my 2007.
