How does the AWD Tcase hold up on a HP 5.0L?? I am considering building the motor to near 500 hp, but still want AWD... will I be replacing the Tcase a lot? Anyone have experience with this? Would it help to pull the front driveshafts when I push it?

plans are either 347 stroker with nitrious, or built 302 with a SC

Well LowdPypes has a supercharger and the AWD and hasn't had a problem yet. You may want to check with him.

If I pull the front driveshaft and do a burnout on the rear, will my truck have issues; I mean bc the fronts wouldn't be spinning at the same rate. I've asked this before but no one has an answer.

if you pull the front driveshaft, your fronts wont be spinning at ANY rate... you basically cut off the front driveline when you remove the front shaft.

are you doing a 302 swap or do you have another explorer besides the 95 EB??

if you have a 98 or newer AWD you can wire a switch in and shut it off!!!
