Hey all,

First off, this forum is awesome! Don't post much...but this is my go-to for any issues. I wanted to ask about this issue in my own way. Here it goes!

I recently replaced all my front end ball joints & upper control arm on passenger side (one piece w/ball joint). Also did sway bar bushings & links, along with driver control arm since it had a joint. I noticed the front end would hydroplane in the rain recently (my tires are excellent), & brought in the Explorer for an alignment. Apparently my camber is at 1 degree on driver & at 2.7 degrees on passenger. They are telling me I need the adjustable camber bolts & the work is in the $250 ballpark. Psh.

I'm curious as to why my passenger side is so bad & now I'm needing the adjustable camber kit after replacing parts? How come the driver side isn't as bad?

After doing some research, I've seen the camber kits (bolts), & the sleeve dealies. Don't know exactly what to get. But would like to do the work myself & get it aligned shortly after. Any help would be appreciated! I take pride in working on my own truck
