Bad noise in my 2003 Explorer.

I have a 2003 ford explorer, 2 days ago it started making a really loud noise towards the middle/rear of the truck. It sounds like metal scraping and I can feel some resistance while driving. It also clicks and bangs and I can almost feel it. Can anyone give me a clue as to what this could be and should this be an expensive repair?

It could be a number of things. Does it sound/feel like drivetrain issues or brake/wheel bearing issues?
