Bad Vibrations

I'm looking at buying a '94 2 door XLT. Having test driven it today, I noticed when I hit 65mp/h there were some serious vibrations. The dealer had the wheels balanced but only improved slightly...is anyone aware of this problem and can it be fixed?

that seems to be pretty common problem with the X.. especially the early models from what i can tell. a search for it will definately show you a lot of things to check.
