Ball Joints

I've received my frt lwr ball-joints from the chap on Ebay ( the cheap ones ) and I'm a little confused .....
The advert (below) shows: ball joint, circlip, castle nut, split pin, grease nipple -
I've been sent: ball joint, circlip, nylock nut.

Now I can live with nylock nut instead of castle & split pin (progress ?) but there doesn't appear to be anywhere for a grease nipple to go - also the rubber boot part is clear & there doesn't seem to be any grease inside it. The packaging quotes "Ford ball joint 4386870".

Am I being a 1st class plonker or is this the wrong part ???
