I need to bypass the AC compressor, it's locked up, does anybody know what size belt I would need to get.

Yea, they do not tend to work so well once you let the smoke out of them.
Your best bet is to get string and run the route you need for the new belt. Measure it, and you can make your part number from there.

BTW the belt size for AC bypass was a 72 1/8 or 1831mm
