- 2013 Ford Explorer XLT
Just brought home new Explorer XLT yesterday. Love the car. Would have brought it in next to the bed last night, but wife objected!
The iphone works fine with the entertainment system when hooked up with USB cable. I also got the iphone paired up with the entertainent system using blue tooth. When when beginning a new episode of trying to get streaming music off iphone using blue tooth, sometimes the iphone shows up on Explorer's display list of media sources (alongside AM, FM, CD, etc.), and sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes it takes 3-4 minutes to show up. Is there a way to manually force a refresh/scan of available media sources to make make the the Explorer search for the bluetooth iphone?
Thanks for any guidance on this.
