I have a 2002 Explorer thats having a weird "bucking" issue. All is fine when there is a load on the enginge. As soon as I take my foot of the gas it starts bucking like crazy. What throws me off more is when I put it in 4wd all is fine. My guess is something is off in the transfer case. Any idea where I should check first.

      Anthony.

I would check the drive shafts first.
