CB Radio setup question

is this a good setup, and will that atenna work with that mount? Plan on mounting it on rear bumpber where i have a crack.

no mean to knock but personally i dont like this set up.
i have 2 CBs in my X, one is a mou8nted one and one a handheld wit a roof antenna.
