There were actually four threads in various forums. The thread starter's threads were quickly (within two minutes) moved or deleted, and the member was quickly banned.

These "insurance" spam threads are started VERY often, yet most members NEVER see them. Guess why? It is all the fault of the power hungry, cocky, #####, yada yada yada moderators!!

I work in collison reapair. 90% of our work is insurance work.
Just because insurance is cheap doesn't mean it is a good deal.
Aftermarket parts, used parts, non blending pannels, it all comes out of your significant savings.
Ask about aftermarket vs. all OEM parts.
Ask about coverage of your aftermarket wheels and sound system and things like that.

    Insurance rates

I guess I'll throw mine up here:

    Provider: American Family
    Age: 18
I pay about $620 every 6 mos. on the F-250 (primary driver on it even though my Dad drives it most of the time) and about $280 every 6 on my X (I drive it, but it's insured under my Mom). That saves me a little every year.
So, it puts me at about $1800/yr. :(

Yup, I'm more than happy to bend over the counter so that the retards I went to school with can roll over 3 vehicles and keep their licenses.

Edit: Full coverage on both vehicles, no accidents, violations, etc.

Usually at 25 they cut you some slack for past incidents; you get an even better cut if you don't have any. As sad as it sounds, 25 is usually the last birthday to look forward to, after the 10 (double digits)-13 (teen)-16 (driving)-18 (voting)-21 (boozing) birthdays. It may even be the last before retirement, unless you could the dreaded 30, the midlife crisis 30-50 (whatever one or ones), and so on.

I seem to have depressed myself with this post. ... :)
