Outstanding forum. Happy owner of my first Explorer ('12 XLT). Joined the forum to learn new tricks and tips. Unfortunately, I am also here to figure out why my airbag light came on.

Welcome to the forum. You will have to hook a scanner to the vehicle & pull the codes to find out where the problem might be.

Welcome to this forum! The light is flashing a code number. Count the flashes.

I used Forscan and came back with error code: B1213 Passenger Seatbelt Buckle Pretensioner Deployment Control. (Circuit Open).

anybody know how to fix this??

The electrical plug might be unplugged or have dirt so it's not being recognized.
