Clearing PCM

Can anyone tell me how to clear the PCM? I've tried the battery disconnected for 3 hours,negative cable disconnected-ground wire from the positive cable method, etc. Nothing I do will drain the capacitors. I don't even lose the presets on my radio. I show no codes but my ABS light and Traction control lights are on. I changed my front hubs and that's when they came on. Changed out both sensors and didn't make a difference.

sensor(s) probably don't work. If all 4 wheel sensors are reporting speed, it goes away.

ForSCAN (mobile app) with Bluetooth dongle will scan/clear codes, costs a few bucks for the app. The pc version may be free.
