- 2002 Explorer Sport Trac
New to the forum and in need of desperate help troubleshooting this problem.. I have a 2002 Explorer Sport Trac 5 spd, 4x4, new clutch assembly, including flywheel installed last year... parked it because of engine issues... sat about a year... got running again, drove it last night, roughly 30-40 miles...did great, no issues with the clutch or shifting gears... went to start this morning and the clutch pedal feel like a brick wall...wont budge.... clutch fluid level is spot on and I do not see any leaks coming from the clutch master cylinder... any suggestions on what it may be? Im thinking that the pressure plate or clutch disc has seized up.... think I am on the right track...really don't want to have to drop the trani if I can keep from doing so....
