Hey guys, been following the forum forever but never posted. I have 2 awesome 2000 explorers, and my 5.0l is finally getting a facelift. I was wondering if anyone knew where I could get a nice tube prerunner bumper. I'm on a budget so I cant really afford a bender/notcher to do it myself.

Get one for a ranger and modify the mountin brackets. Pretty much no one makes one for the explorer but there are a lot out there for the ranger that should fit with just a little modification.

A Jeep TJ bumper is the right width.

The Ebay "ranger" bumper is a good choice and a good price, it can be made to fit your Explorer with little modifications
Or you can use a James Duff front bumper for a Ranger and make it fit
Or you can get one of these weld it yourself kits and have it made for your Explorer

I personally would check my local craigslist and find a good used Jeep bumper like Tom said and make that sucker work.
