Door Keypad

I have a 2004 ST XLT . Does anyone know a part number or where I can purchase a new key pad. One of the numbers on mine does not seem to work any longer. Can I just swap the keypad and it work?

Original # 1F2Z14A626AAA, replaced by 8L8Z14A626AA which fits lots of the Ford models.

Does it have the keyless that uses the keyring fob? If so then there is an accessory keypad you can use.

No my RV (Ford Chassis) does not have a Key FOB...it does have power locks..
