Electric Fan & Underdrive Pully???

I am looking to get a few more horses under the hood. So I am looking at some Non-Drastic changes to gane some HP.

Can I get and would it be worth it to get an Electric Fan and an Underdrive Pully for my O1 4.O SOHC?

Any other input on HP incressers that do not take a major project.

Oh, I am getting a custom Burned Diablo Chip this week or next week!

I searched and did not really see the answer I was looking for. I reduced my search to just underdrive and found more stuff. Ok, Sorry just looking for info.
