      '99 Maxima SE-L *5spd
      trying to play n64 games and ps1 games on the computer and like the games are skipping sometimes, and i got a p1.8 and 40g hd and 384 ram, but i got the factory graphix card, do i need to upgrade? and what will do the job with the least amount of $?

      N64 and PS1 emulators suck. I have not found any that work right. The problem might not be your graffix card the problem most likely is with the emulators themselves. I have plenty of atari, nintendo, sega, gameboy and a few other emulator programs and they all work fine. When it comes to the high graffix games and high processor games they suck.

      But a better graffic card might help. how many megs is the one you got?

      Nope ... that is actually good. Of course the more megs it has the better it would be. But the problem isnt your video card its the emulator themselves.
