Hello..
I have a Ford Aerostar 95 V6 4.0L XTL E4WD
So i have had some problems with my Engine.. if i start it cold, it drives just fine, and everything.. but if i drive for like 5-10 min, shut it off for like 10 min and start it again, it like it wont rev at all.. with the foot down, it just wont rev up high at all .. is it the EGR valve or ??

You need a scanner that can show you live engine data from the sensors while the engine is running. In your case, I would start by making sure the ECT (engine coolant temperature) sensor and the IAT (intake air temperature) sensors are working properly.
