I was thinking for the past couple weeks I should check the concentration of antifreeze in my coolant. If you're thinking the same thing, do it before its too late. I tried to drive it when the temperatures were in the negative 20s and it didn't work. I guess now its time to get serious about the cummins conversion. :) I guess on the bright side, I can sell the 700R4 conversion to fund the cummins conversion.

Arrghh....What cracked? Block?

if its "that cold" i dont think you will have a problem, unless its strait water you have in there. now if you have temps like i have today (-13F), thats a different story.

I haven't actually figured out what cracked yet, I just parked it. I'm not going to mess with it for a while, its too cold and I don't have the money. I'll see if I can resurrect it in the spring, but for now I'll just save for a cummins.

Negative 20s, not just 20s. I think that morning it was -24.

I'm in Colorado right now dreaming of a warm Texas winter. :)
