Exposed front seat rails?

Hi. Just got an 06 Explorer Limited. Very nice, but I'm bothered by the front seat rails being exposed at the front. Just plain black metal with probably some grease on it. Shouldn't there be some kind of covers for these? Looks fugly.

I think I know what you mean - there may be covers for them, but I doubt it.
