Flashing Keys w/Forscan

I have a 2001 V8 swapped Eddie Bauer AWD, I want to flash the PCM to retain the original keys to the truck with Forscan, how do I go about this? I've heard glimpses of it but nothing too directional. I'd be using a Windows 10 laptop if that makes any difference, USB adapter etc.
