If I am understanding your question right, you want to use a single in and dual out muffler and you want to figure a way to convert your dual y-pipe to a single to hook to the single inlet of the muffler.

Use a Y-pipe connector, here is a link to one

The muffler you're describing is for a dual tailpipe setup.

You can have a muufler shop bend the tailpipes for you so you have dual exhaust, otherwise no you can't use it on a single exhuast tailpipe.

I think this is what you're asking, right?

If you wanna use the single exhaust tailpipe you'll need to get a single in/ single out muffler, you should be able to find the 70 series in this setup.

I would thin you could just cap one of the outlets and run your pipe off the other one.

You can't reverse the muffler, well you can but the sound will be off, and the performance will likely be worse than stock.

I think you all are missing what he is asking. He is if I am right, wondering how he can merge the dual cat back pipes to one single for it to go into the single inlet of the muffler that he has. I am guessing he got a good deal on the muffler and wants it to work on the dual cat back down pipes or y-pipe as we call it. So that is why the universal y-pipe connector I posted from Summit would allow him to merge both down pipes to one single to hook into the muffler and then dual exhaust out.
