ford explorer 2010 limited navigation issues

Hi there , I just bought this awesome car 4 days ago i found that the navigation console. is working fine for the first 2 days then stopped . the screen show" please insert navigation card " ...please I need your help urgently.

My '06 OEM Nav system is DVD-based.
Check the owner's manual, and find out how to access the "Card", "Disc", or whatever.

Does your system have a menu button? if so look for the button that says "Return system to original factory settings"? Reset the system and see if that helps.

Thanks alot,
actually my monitor doesn't have menu and idid update my SD card with latest version ...so the navigator worked fine.
