Front end alignment ?

      My first Ford. Bought Thanksgiving weekend. '93 110Kmi V6 auto 2wd 4dr Explorer. Noticed driver side front wheel leans out at top. Passenger side wheel leans in at top slightly. Looks like no adjustment in suspension. How do I fix this before I wear out my new tires?

      take it to an alinment shop and have them align it

      as much as i hate to say it, she is right, the only way to get it right is to put it on the alinment machine and let the computer do it, you can get it close in your drive way, but not perfect.

      just be happy your not doing the alignment, i freaking hate doing them def. when they are like yours.

      OK,
      I must be missing something. I see two long "I beams" criscrossing the front end. The king pins attached at the ends on ball joints top and bottom. No adjusting points that I can see. Seems It would have to be bent, but I don't see it.

      Read the Haynes or other manual. There is an adjuster on the steering knuckle. I've never attempted camber adjustment on a car like this, but it can be done in the driveway if you have a good level, patience, and a flat surface to work on. Most driveways are sloped for drainage.

      Other than that, just rotate the tires every few months to spread the wear out.

      The lower Ball joints have no adjustment but the upper ball joints pass through a camber bushing. This camber bushing is (Internally) shaped like a cam. As such if you would loosen the pinch bolt and Rotate this bushing you will change the wheel's camber.
