Front tire locks in reverse

Okay, they problem is exactly what it sounds like.....my left front tire locks up when I put it in reverse......its also making a baaaaaaaaaaad clicking noise.....any thoughts on what that problem is?? Thanks Guys.

Might be a bad CV joint or wheel bearing. Jack the truck up by the left A-Arm and rotate it by hand to see if you can tell exactly where it's coming from.

I had this happen while wheeling in my B3000, turned out the main bolt that holds the bracket for the brake caliper came out. Assume it rattled loose while we were doing some fairly high speed baja truck style running down some roads.
