2004 explorer 4wd V6
i recently bought a 2004 explorer 4wd v6. within the last few weeks it's started acting up. The engine seemed to just choke out on me while driving one day. I put it in neutral and started the engine again, and it ran fine. It has done this now a number of times and now it doesnt want to start back up so quickly. It seems to shudder and stall when trying to restart. after about 5 minutes, it starts right back up.I purchased a code reader and it read P0193. that code indicates the fuel rail pressure sensor. i notice that ford has mounted this under the intake manifold. can my symptoms be caused by some other fuel related issue other than the sensor? My funds are very limited right now so i cant just start changing things to see what happens. I will also be doing all the work myself so any pointers will be appreciated!
