      and u would have chosen..

RFR2212: your choice would have been an American Racing 767's 15" wheel right? :p Yeah i like these alot- i think they maintain a sporty "truck" look- while being 20"s and chrome.

Hartman- im hesitent to lower my X.. i dunno.. it needs to maintain its agility in the winter when the Studded snow tires and 16" wheels go back on.

pretty nice, I've yet to see an Explorer w/ 20's that I liked b/c 20's just look a little too big for an Explorer. But those Mondera's with the color of you truck and that grill looks really nice, the first Explorer on 20's that I like.:D

If you want to drop it a little just get some 1-2 inch drop springs so when winter comes you can just put on the stock springs and snow rims/tires. Plus 1-2inch drop springs wont really affect your suspension with the stock shocks. For the rear, some lowering blocks that can be exchanged easily for winter time.

Hey guys thanks for the kind comments. I really am pleased with the look of these. I just saw some of the wheels i wanted before i got the monderas- and im glad i didnt get the others cuz they didnt look good at all lol.

I might just have to pick up some 2in drop blocks and do the torsion twist up front. Gotta save up my 40 bucks for the blocks and the allignment- these wheels really cleaned out my wallet ;-) ;-)

      Jonny 5-
haha no im no proffesional- its a olympus C-3000 digi cam. I think i was just lucky how these came out- in fact i was shocked myself when i downloaded them from the camera haha

Rocket- I like the blue i have- but there is this BLUE that is available for the limiteds- and its soooo nice- a real deep dark blue.. its gorgeous- dont think its avail for the XLT's or EB's tho :-(

yea man, looks good. lower it 2", and you will not be sorry. think about it this way, you only loose ground clearance under the front diff, not the rear. if you never go off-road, it will still be fine for snow/ice. stockers will still fit well, too.

Anabolic, great choice on wheels!:) That looks sharp. You can lower it and put the stock 16s with no problem. I've done it before with the Ex lowered at 2 inches. You might get little rubbiing at full lock when lowered with 20s, however I never had no problems with the stock 16's lowered. Whatever you do, it still looks awesome.

      :)

Its funny- everywhere i go people are like hey man those wheels look awesome-- blah blah ive never seen 20's on an explorer. LOL
I didnt think they would attract too much attention- especially since right now im down in California where everybody! has 20" or bigger on their SUV's.

Ive commuted to work 3 days now and the ride is not that bad at all.. the only time u feel a difference in ride comfort is when driving slowly through parking lots and such where there is rough sections and large potholes.. on the streets and freeways its just fine- not rought at all.

Also they stay suprisingly CLEAN- i thought after my commute To And FROM work the road dust would really make the shiny chrome look dirty.. not the case-- so they may not be as much maintainence as i suspected- just my usual ONCE a week wash should be plenty sufficient.

***** MAN! you guys have me thinking hard now about lowering it 2inches.. which means new shocks and more $$$

Well that is my plan anyway! Remember folks can see 20's they can't see a SuperCharger! However, that is what I am saving for now. The Explorer Express 4.0 SOHC one. $3,500.oo!

all the wheels look good and such, and some day, i will have the Ex on bags with 20's, but i think right now, i would want more performance. I am really pullin for the E-303 cam swap, and i would only dream of a S/C.

Oh, if only I had like $10,000 to drop into the Ex.

      3 on 20's and tires
      3.5 on S/C
      3.5 on Bags

now you have all got me depressed any wishing i had a good paying job, and wasn't only 17 with no money.

      Anabolic and BlackMagic

You buys both have nice rides and the rims look great on both vehicles. I am a big chrome finatic and love the chromies on Anabolic's ride but I also like the look of silver and polished rims and Black Magic yours looks great as well. I love the way you made the newer Explorer look good because the stock rims on those things are ugly.:D
