Heat/AC Fan Speed Issue

I am having issues with my Fan speed for my heat/AC. It won't work on low or medium but only High. I changed the switch but same problem. Any easy fixes? Is this a fan blower assembly replacement? Thanks for the support.

Sound like your blower motor resistor has died.

Yes it is back behind that cruise control module. Remove the air cleaner box then the Washer fluid container then the CC module and then the resistor. AC box comes out but pulling it up and then out from the rubber grommets. THEN you can get to the SOB nut that holds the front of the washer fluid container. And then you can get to the screws that hold the AC resistor into the blower housing.
