So I installed the TBS that is supposed to add torque , mpg, and hp. Well it added the 1506 code as my check engine light came on. The Idle is hanging between 2000 and 1500 for about 4 seconds til it drops sloooooooooowly to 1100. Still not back down to the normal 800 that it used to idle at. The spacer came with 2 gaskets, but instructions only say to put 1 gasket between intake and spacer. Not to put the other one between spacer and TB. I am going to disconnect battery tomorrow morning and see if it resets. Bolts are tight and MAF is spottless, no leaks that I can tell. I know there is an old thread with this code and I read the cure, but I have the 4.0 ohv 96' ex control trac w/5spd manual. Anyone with suggestions, answers, cures????
