      i need to calculate the H+ in a solution that has a pH of 4.67. anyways i can get to the point where i have the following equation 9.33=-log[oh-], but how do i solve that??? i'm stupid i guess, but i can't figure out how to do it?

      similarly i need to calculate OH- in a 4.90 pOH solution and i get it to 9.1=-log[H+], and run into the same problem.

      also in another question i need to solve 9.1=-log[H+], i know i'm being an idiot here and i should be able to solve this in a second, but i'm just staring at my calculator and shaking my head.

      btw- the online quiz is timed, so please hurry

      I looked, but it was over my head. If you ever come across any questions where they want you to connect dots or draw pictures, just give me a holla! :D

      where ax^2+bx+c=0

      x=(-b+-sqrt(b^2-4ac))/(2a)

      That is supposed to be the quadratic equation, but someone should correct me if I'm wrong.
