Hooks on a sport trac??

Does anyone know how to take off the hooks on the bed of a sport trac without having to do body work???

Do they make a filler bed cap the would cover the holes???

If you search www.mysporttrac.com for a member named Erik Larson (from AZ), he makes these billet covers like you see here on my truck. Not flush, sit up about 1/4", but you could have the powder coated black to match.
