How do you change the dash lighting

I have a 94 explorer Eddie Bauer Edition with green in-dash lights. I have a pioneer radio that lights up blue and wanted to know if i could change the in-dash lights to blue. If so how would i go along doing it, how much, etc.

I can give some advice on how those light up, and you can maybe come up with an idea... The green is actually on the gauge faces. The lights behind are all just clear regular lights that show through the green gauge faces. A few people have made custom gauge faces in which you could use a different color. Or maybe you could try and get a really really blue light and with some luck turn the green into a blue/green with more blue? Good luck.

I have seen some white faced gauges on ebay. I am not sure what color they light up. I'm sure you can find some gauge faces on ebay if you do a quick search.
