how many inch should I lower?and rims?

I have 04 explorer EB 4.0....and I dont know how many inch should I lower and put new rims in. My was surf around alot and see some cool customized with

- 2" body lower
- Rims 22" with tires 265/40/22

this is my first car so im just a newbie. Give me some ideas and pics for recommendation. TY

I'm about to pick up a set of Belltech springs pretty cheap. 2" drop all around. It's to low for me and I will be looking to get rid of them for some Ground Force springs. Where are you located? I will sell them to you for $170 plus shipping.

The 2" drop with 22's looks good. There are a few members here with pics. just do a search. The issue with the Belltech springs is that is drops it to low and throws the camber pretty far out of wack.
