I need help removing the fan clutch from the water pump on my 88 Aerostar.

I am attempting to replace the water pump on my 1988 Areostar 3.0L. I have the special wrenchs 83mm accourding to the wrench kit. Problem is there is no place to put the 83mm wrench at all. I have looked at pictures posted here but as in the pictures I do not see the place to put the wrench. I have the clutch with a shaft and in the middle of the shaft there is a spot for a much smaller wrench but that is it. The pictures using the wrench show the 2 wrenchs almost on top of one another. Looks like the large one fits right after the smaller one. It is not the 1st generation picks I found on the site far as the location of the larger pulley. I have to be at the Va hospital on 10/22/2010 so I need to know how to get the clutch shaft off the pump.
