Alright....That's it, I'm gonna do that "insert-a-worm-into-a-ton-of-banks-and-steal-the-.00X-cents-that-are-rounded-off-and-place-them-into-an-account" thing......That way I should have tons of money for modding etc  :D

currently unemployed college student living at home....
    i pay my own insurance/ truck payment/ cell bill/ gas /
i get no money from my parents
ust do little things here and there, balance your money,

    1. PAY YOUR BILLS FIRST, if anything get a few months ahead on them! this helps out alot

    2. Look for little cheap mods you can do , those little mods add up.

    3. everyones different...if your truck isn't as pimp as you want it to be now....just wait till you graduate...once you land that high $ job.....then you'll be the one driving a pimp a$$ ride...meanwhile all the kids who are your age who are driving pimp cars NOW but don't go to college will probably be driving rust buckets, it pays off..... paients my friend.

    good luck

i feel ya though man, i wish i could do so much more to my X

Age, education, and a good job. It takes time. At 20, be glad you have a decent vehicle. At 20, I was driving around in a Chevy Chevette hoping it wouldn't die before I could afford to put a new clutch into it. I was more worried about basic transportation, than having a hot ride. I've worked hard and saved money so that I can afford to make my truck what I want it to be.

If you really want to modify your truck and you can't wait, how 'bout cutting back on things you don't need? Like a cell phone. Do you REALLY need one, or is it a convenience? Take the money from that, and use it for truck modifications.

Since you're in college, get into the co-op program. You get paid really good money and you get a lot of experience also. I am supposed to be a senior this coming year but with working every other term slowed me down a little. How else do you think I can afford 4 tranny's, a new motor, and then new heads? I made more money in two semesters working then a lot of people do in South Carolina in a year.

for me my cell phone is an emergancy NEED.

since my recent spare tire accident *it just fell off* i'll need a cell phone even more now.

but since i do drive a truck that is 11 years old...I figure it'd be good to have incase something major breaks on it......

Another draw-back of my college experience is the fact that I am a slave....I have academic and athletic scholarships to safeguard (3.25 or above every semester minimum and don't piss off my lacrosse coach, which is sometimes hard to do) which more or less delegate my free time to either of two things: studying or running/lifting/practicing

Pretty much it just sucks to be me...I have so many plans, just no money.....This is why I love modding other people's cars (most of my friends ask me if they want to do something to their car/truck).....I just can't stand all this waiting....

not all of us can run out and drop $2k on our X at the drop of a hat. ive had the "saving for a charger" in my sig for like 5 months now. im 27 and have a good paying job, but with house payment, wife in college full time and not working, all the bills, there's just not a huge amount left over every month. save, save, save. that charger will be here soon, very soon.;)

:chug: Big toast to that man. You are alright. My exhaust, my lift, and my intake all from X girls. Besides all the money I save when you make em pay for dinner, bars and other night time activites. That's why you must overlook the poor girls. They will get you nowhere. Damn I sound like an a$$hole but that's me :D
