I had have an issue with 5 Incomplete Drive Cycle codes:
EVAP, CAT, HTR, O2, & EGR. Been an ongoing issue for a year. Finally got around to replacing my PCM and the same codes come up Incomplete. Yes, went thru all the drive cycle procedures, none of these codes ever go Ready.

So, where do I start? There are no engine codes or engine lights, truck starts and drives fine.

Seeing as how you haven't got any bites..... I thought you had to take it to Ford (or a shop with proper equipment) to get it programmed.

Edit:
Never mind the module number, the notes are the same for the 4-5 PCM's that were listed.

Yeah, but its done the same thing with a PCM programmed by the dealer over a year ago and now this PCM pre-programmed by a specialist.
