So.. I decided it was a good idea to reconfigure some of the Interior in the PIU.. Sport 2nd row, civilian (Sport) console, Sport rear door panels, Sport visors....

geez..

I shoulda just bought a Sport!!!

Pics below of the Sport bench seat install this past weekend. (Note: if you are considering this swap - make sure you have the correct seat belts!!! The seats I used are out of a Sport with inflatable seat belts, which the PIU is not configured with.)

This looks kinda simple, but it still took my slow a** about 10 hrs to get it all in.. I didn't take a ton of progress photos, but the install was a lot of fun - had my son out there for most of the tasks!

Remove the collision plates, and install the flip up seat anchor brackets.

Make sure you have these anchor brackets from the donor!!

Install the shoulder and lap belts... Re install the rear trim panels (note: a slot needs to be cut into the lower, kinda forward area for the lap belts to come thru!) Voila!!!! Sport seat install complete...
