Is it the suspension?

    On my 92 explorer when i press the brakes or turn the steering wheel after letting of the brake it makes a popping sound. Does anyone have any ideas?

    Welcome to the board. Good chance it's the Radius arm bushings. They cause a clunking in the front when they go bad. Usually heard when letting off the brakes or going over bumps. Do a search here for "radius arm" or "RA bushing" and you should find all the info you need.
