That'd be me with the blue shirt and hat on, dangling from the goal post after we beat No. 8 Florida in football this past saturday. Go Rebs! Hotty Toddy!

Ha, it was one helluva experience. I was on t.v. a bunch of times. CBS during the game, the intro to ESPN's Sportcenter, and ESPN's College Game Day. Funny thing is, I've been on national t.v. multiple times before.

    P.S. - I am bragging, but wouldn't you too?:D

I posted a similar pic last season when Auburn beat the then #1 Florida. We also tore down the goal posts. It was a hell of a lot of fun. Im proud of you boys and d@mn proud that Rex Grossman is no longer a heisman candidate. He's an @sshole!

Ahh to beer in college again...oh to BE in college again.

I wonder how much it cost the school (students, taxpayers) to fix the goal post.

    Nice picture, but...

I still have a piece of goalpost that I help tear down and carry to Engineering Row from the game that Mississippi State beat Arkansas in Starkville in 1998. Then a few days later, we whipped the Rebels in Oxford to go to the SEC Championship.

BTW--I noticed in some other pictures and on TV film that you Rebels in Oxford don't know how to pull the whole goalpost out and not just the uprights. Breaking the aluminum at the crossbar is dangerous as you can seriously cut some people up if you get the whole thing out of the ground rather that trying to break uprights off the center post. :)
