New to this forum. After reading a ton of posts, it was time to ask for help.

If my action is incorrect, or the wrong place to ask, please forgive me.
So, I have a 2011 explorer Ltd. Nice car, but with a lot of faulty parts. My hope.. or wish is to fix them all.
The post today is about the keyless entry pad on the door. The current pad has scratch Mark's, is not working, I checked the fuse... so I ordered a replacement part online.
After reading a lot of posts, with good info.. I read that there is a video on how to replace it. The whole pad.
Does anybody know where to find this video?
