Low Idle

      For some reason my truck is idling very low. I replaced the Idle Air Control Valve, but it still idles low when in drive. For instance, I am going about 60 and the tach reads 1400 rpm (seems a little slow to me). Also when I and stopped at a light the heater blower slows down and the light dim. Can't figure it out. Does anyone have any ideas?

      Sounds more like an electical problem than an Idle problem. Have your alternator tested.
