Lower windows without power

I want to try to re-finish the B pillar covers and thought it might be good to grab extras from the junkyard, but I need to roll the donor car windows down to access the screws. Is there a way to manually lower the window glass without battery power? There is no battery in any of the junkers and I don't want to bust all the glass just to grab these parts.

Use a 9 to 18 volt drill battery wired directly to the window motor...

Connect a booster pack to where the battery previously was.

You'd need the key to turn the ignition to accessory to enable the windows...

Sometimes the yards have a key. I went to one, and saw a parts van. The guy gave me a key to test certain things.
