Hey all, I've been looking for about an hour to diagnose this sound, but without any luck, I've decided to ask you guys. So my problem, I'm having a strange clicking noise from my transmission when letting the clutch out in 1st and second. My truck is a 1988 Explorer Sport 2 door with a 4.0ohv and a m5od trans. As far as I know there has been no work done on the tranny. Can someone tell me what parts I will need to fix this, I need my truck, so I can't have too much downtime, so I'd rather not have to take it apart to figure out what I need.
