I work for a high end fitness company, rogue fitness. All made in the U.S.A. Here in ohio. I personally work in the fab shop and have to say the stuff is extremely well built. It has changed the way I look at all made in the USA products. I don't know how many of you guys are into crossfit but feel free to check out some of the stuff!

Bought 2 filters for my "Escapes" today. The Purolator Classic filter for my Mariner was made in the USA. The one for the Escape was not.

Also, for those with dogs check out:

Canvas cargo covers that are easy to clean that are made in Minnesota.

Bought a set of Weathertech floor mats for my Mariner - made in the USA.

Also bought a Lund/AVS bug shield for the Mariner - made in the USA.

The Huskyliner floor mats in my Escape are made in the USA.

I've seen a few other things around lately but I can't think of them.

Just bought a Ram Mount to mount my ipad to the windshield while on the trail:
    http://www.rammount.com

A buddy of mine uses one and it never has any problems.

And I went with a Bad Elf GPS receiver (I don't think it's made in the USA) to help me navigate while out on the trail.

..I saw these the other day and they look pretty handy for additional storage and to keep the stuff from falling between the seat and console..They are made out of a stiff but flexible rubber and they have two versions..One which goes up to the seat belt and another which hooks over the seat belt..;)

Where I saw them for 7.99 for two..

..and their website shows they make other cool stuff too..

Been digging online for a set of screwdrivers to add to my emergency tool kit in my Explorer. Menards had their private label Masterforce 6pc screwdriver set on sale for $9.99. I looked at them before online, but never noticed they were made in the USA.

    Made in Sycamore, IL

The manufacturer is Pratt-Read. They have been around since 1798

    Sample photo found online:

Very cool info Kent! May have to pick some of them up. Not much activity going on with this thread, too bad we no longer manufacture many tools anymore. Happy Holidays!!

I bought a treadmill a few months ago to replace my nordictrack which was a constant piece of crap. I'm not sure where they're made but pretty sure it's not the USA.
Anyway, I replaced it with a Landice. Designed and manufactured in the US. Definitely not the cheapest on the market but also much higher quality. I've run about 300-400 miles on it already and no signs of it wearing down. They provide a lifetime warranty on the parts, not just for you but for someone else you can designate in the event you pass away... it's really more of a marketing move but it's still impressive that they stand behind it so much.

Been digging online for a replacement pair of 8" slip joint pliers. Didn't want a huge price tag. Wanted some that were made in USA. Wanted ones that had flush fastener.

Always looked at Made in USA Craftsman on eBay. Looked at ones made by Channellock. Looked for rebadged ones mentioned in this thread: http://www.garagejournal.com/forum/showthread.php?t=249851. Started to look for the Wilde brand. Made in USA. Flush fastener.

Note: some rebadged Wilde non-flush fastener 8" slip joint pliers:
    NAPA P27 - http://www.ebay.com/itm/Napa-8-Slip...453282?hash=item5d4f0171e2:g:UNkAAOSwRLZT7LRL
    TEKTON 37123 - http://www.amazon.com/TEKTON-37123-...8&qid=1463271443&sr=8-1&keywords=tekton+37123

Note: a rebadged Wilde flush fastener 8" slip joint pliers:
    Stanley Proto J278GXL - http://www.amazon.com/Stanley-Industrial-J278GXL-Pliers-8-inch/dp/B00IA4WLFA

After watching some Wilde 8" flush fastener ones on eBay and Amazon for a while, I actually ran across them at a local Bomgaars for cheap. Only $12.62 after tax

The model I bought was G263P.NP/CC, but the letters after the slash can/might be different, due to if they are retail clam card packaged, bulk, etc...

If you looking at getting a pair off eBay, don't go by the picture itself. This seller has a good price, and the image shows the flush fastener ones, BUT the UPC shown is the non-flush fastener. So be warned, wrong picture, different pliers http://www.ebay.com/itm/WILDE-TOOL-...098906?hash=item43e930cf1a:g:e5wAAOSwvUlWr7UQ
