2004 XLT. When I switch from Normal AC to Max AC there is no increase in fan speed like there used to be. AC cools fine. Is this likely the switch, motor, or something else?

Probably the blend door sticking. The increase in noise is the blend door being closed off and the fan recirculating the inside air. That is a common problem and theres a lot of info on here.
