Mountainnergreen's Mounty Buildup Worklog

XM junk finally all came in today. Its a hide a way module that interfaces with my Pioneer head unit. Works pretty well. The box isn't mounted to anything, the ears on the side fit perfectly under the seat mounting tabs, so it is secure and out of the way. I had to fold the seat all the way forward to get this picture. Man, do I need to clean my truck out!

Nice. I wanted to take a pic when I rolled 100k in my audi, but wasn't paying total attention and looked down at it at 100003.

Good luck with the gear installs, you will love it.

same thing happened to me. i go my truck at 99,800 and so i thought it was cool that i'd get to see my truck hit 100k... looked down one day and it was at 100,003 also.

Been feelin a little froggy the last couple of days-

Washed and waxed yesterday, painted the frame with some semi flat paint, painted the welds on my new exhaust with aluminum high temp paint to keep everything looking nice. Then I cleaned my motor up some.

Its the cleanest its been in a while, so I got some pictures

I went and played a little today in the sand pit near my house- its private property, but I have permission to go there, the guy just digs and sells the sand out of there, so ruts don't hurt.

I only got one picture, but there are some hills and ridges, a little watery muddy sand.

The rear locker is great, I want one for the front now, but am afraid I will wear it out since I mostly drive on pavement. I will probably go with some bigger, more aggressive tires next.

The sliders and skid plates are great, I slipped right over some places that would ruin factory steps and hang on my transfer case.

Sick indeed.

NICE! seems like you just got those other tires, and you already got 33's moving right along. This thing will be on rockwells and 44" tires by next year haha

nice shoes!! I like how its coming along.
