      i want to know how to convert songs off CD's into MP3 files. I mix and burn cd's with downloaded music all the time, and i want to put songs off my other cd's into my computer in MP3 form. Thanks for info

      music match is pretty good for that stuff, and i think real player will do it too. Again www.download.com works quite well, i got software to do the opposite of wat u want to do off there for free!

      If you're looking for the best possible sound quality and don't mind doing a little tweaking I would recommend Exact Audio Copy.

      And remember if you actually care about hearing your music, high bitrates are your friend. 128kbps makes for awful sound quality

      i got it figured out. when i downloaded kazaa it gave me some software that works for all that stuff for free. im just stupid and had trouble figuring it out. thanks for the info.
