I live about an hour south of San Francisco so I expected my package around the 16th. When it didn't show up I checked the tracking and was surprised to see the package is now in NY?? I called USPS and they told me all I can do is watch it fly around the country :(

I've ordered 2 things from china... both through ebay. One never came and one took over a month to get here. It sat in new york for 2 weeks or more. Never again will I buy on ebay. Always get scammed or it takes forever.

I sent a priority package to a town in Maine once. It left New Mexico and went to a town with the same name in Washington and then eventually made its way to the right town in Maine.

Looks like it took a week to clear customs. I have had good luck with packages coming from China on ebay, they have always come within about 2-3 weeks. Some sellers are better than others, read what they say in the shipping description.

Out of 700+ transactions through eBay I've only had two packages that didn't show up. Ebay refunded my money on both.
I usually buy from U.S. Sellers with good feedback and pay with Paypal.
I've never seen a package move around like this one.

this has nothing to do with ebay or china. the problem is usps. always ship ups or fedex. we deal with usps at my job sometimes due to managers wanting their stuff to go a bit cheaper. and we always have problems.

we just got back(last week) a package sent to sushi city japan had was mailed back in february 2011 lololol. everything was in japanese so i have no idea why it wasnt delivered. $150 in postage and took almost 2 years just to be returned it sender.

thats prob the worst/funniest, but we have stuff just plain go missing all the time..

The package was probably affected by the tsunami in March of 2011. Maybe the address no longer exists :(

Thank god for it tough....because we never made extras...so now it's our keepsake:D

I wouldn't worry about it. I have the same issue at times with international packages, no idea why.
